Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our growing Midwest Real Estate team. In this role, you will oversee real estate transactions, provide market analysis, and manage tenant representation efforts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commercial real estate, with experience in land acquisition, development processes, and strategic negotiations.
This position provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to ground-up development projects and expand into industries such as Gaming, Cannabis, and Hospitality. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, project management, and property teams to identify opportunities that drive profitability and organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market reach and profitability through strategic networking and partnerships.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire real estate process from client engagement to deal closure, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
- Tenant Representation: Partner with internal teams to identify and secure new spaces, managing everything from property surveys through lease negotiations and build-out.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Assist in structuring and negotiating offers, counteroffers, and contracts to drive successful outcomes.
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to provide insights into local and national trends, ensuring competitive positioning and informed decision-making.
- Client & Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and partners, addressing their needs to ensure high satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and industry regulations, including maintaining active licensure.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Real Estate Broker's License (required).
- Proven success in commercial real estate transactions, tenant representation, and deal structuring.
- Experience with tools such as CoStar, Crexi, HubSpot, Outlook Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a results-driven, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in client-facing scenarios.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
